Summertime Community in North

Valencia is a planned community located in Los Angeles County, California in the northwestern corner of the Santa Clarita Valley, adjacent to Interstate 5. Valencia's residential areas are separated into villages. Almost all of Valencia's villages are close to schools, shopping, etc. In many of the villages, homeowner's associations oversee the quality and upkeep of housing developments ranging in size from a few dozen homes to over a thousand.
The Summertime community is in the Northpark Village, in the heart of Valencia. It consists of clusters of 149 detached single-family homes in Valencia, CA (within the Santa Clarita Valley.)
There are several 3 Bedroom and 4 Bedroom models of homes within the community, ranging from 1290 to 2000 square feet of living space.
Each home has a small backyard/patio and attached garages. The community also has a pool, spa, tennis courts and access to nature walking trails and local park.
